Why was Gumshoe created?
Mohammed Billoo, our founder, had a terrifying experience when he lost his younger brother at a zoo over 25 years ago. Although his brother was found, that experience still lives with him to this day. After getting married and having kids of his own, that experience with his brother left a mark and he worried what would he do if his children ever got lost. Mohammed got to work.
He used his used 15 years of engineering experience and insight as a parent to develop product that would ensure the safety of children, while making it easy to use for parents, and fun for kids.

This device brings peace of mind! I would not be surprised if it ends up in the news one day as the one thing that helped a parent find their lost child in a crowd, store, or other public place! It can be so scary to go to events with your child, especially when they start darting off. This helps you keep track and have peace of mind knowing your child is able to be tracked. I got to try out this while traveling internationally with my 1 year old and 6 6 year old. It was easy to attach to the clothing and stayed on throughout the day. It gave me piece of mind to know that IF something happened, I could track my kid's locations!

It’s a great idea. My boys did well the first hour but as the day went on they found it to be bit bulky and was as my son noted “heavy.” However, when placed on my son’s backpack it was very helpful. It is a bit tricky to figure out at first. I know there was a video but we struggled a bit in finding it again. Overall, great product and make our trip feel safer 🙏🏻

incredible product! used this product on a trip to disney, worked incredibly well! will definitely be using this long term.
Putting the device onto my child’s shirt was easy, but removing it was more difficult than expected. It seemed to latch onto the fabric, and I had to tug on the shirt to get it to release. Overall, it works for holding the AirTag in place, but removal could be easier.

The secure grip is actually intentional — it's designed to stay firmly in place so little ones can't accidentally remove it during the day. We used the Gumshoe on our beach trip. It worked great and gave us peace of mind. No complaints. Instructions were easy to follow. I also demonstrated it to other family members with kids and they were interested in it. I will be sharing the website and information with them.
